Work on this development is ongoing with construction commenced for Stage 2. Stage 1 of the development which incorporated 26 residential lots was completed to a value of $2.1m with works commencing in 2005. Works also included the construction of a major collector road (Dickinson Street) and also upgrades to Tully Mission Beach Road.
