Our
contract with Wongaling Beach Developments consisted of a 19 block
beach front subdivision. This project included earthworks, stormwater,
roadworks, clearing and water reticulation. About 6 hectares of
land was cleared and burnt, topsoil stripped to allow cut to fill
of about 16,000 m3, some of which was level 1 supervision.
Stormwater was laid with inlet pits,
kerb & channel and the pavement constructed with a 2 coat
bitumen seal. Reticulated water was laid, tested and connected
to the council main. Services from the main to the blocks were
supplied and the contract included electrical conduits for all
blocks and streetlights.
